VU+DUO : no more VFD & remote after 24 h

Hi,

I bought a VU+DUO on that worked only 24 hours.

There is no more display on the VFD and the remote control doesn't work anymore, but ... i can connect to it via ethernet.

Nextbay says it's a PSU problem and that they'll send me one, but they didn't send me a new one. They don't communicate ...

So, can anybody tell me what's the problem (hardware or software) ?

Well you have a right to send it back to them i suggest you do so via recorded delivery.

They should not expect you to repair it even if your capable, your protected by the distance selling rules as you have not have it long and if you paid via CC your covered there send them it back demanding a replacement not a repaired box.
