When you say disconnected you mean as in menu/net&games/ PT disconnected? If so just click once on pt disconnected and it will change to pt connected after a few seconds .If it’s not this you need to speak to who supplied the box/sp1/2.

If it does not reconnect as per @goofy115 instruction.
Power your box down then router power router back on and then the box.
It was.
All sorted - seemed to lose the wifi connection for some reason, but all working now

What's gone black?
Greek on 13 and DSmart on 42 but next day on again. So maybe testing or transfer packages to new 145 server

Yeah lots of packages went black friday night but got back working the next morning
Are the Bulsatcom Sport channels still open on 39 east?
The 3 Diema Sport and the 4 Max Sport channels are coloured but do not open for me.
The Bulgarian Nova Sport channel in the same package does open though.
Other Bulsatcom channels do open as normal as well.

firmware 145? what decoder are we talking about?
It's not 1.45 firmware.
Allegedly, the Viark guys have been saying that all Viark boxes will be upgraded to using v1.45 server, not firmware. Viark boxes are currently using the v1.43 server.
Mind you, this may involve a new firmware, but it has been suggested by some that they can upgrade to a new server without new firmware to flash the receiver.

It is hard to understand who or what to believe .
The Fact is there has been no new S/W since November last year for the Viark Box and seems there is Zero intentions to add PT V119
or Even Forever Pro IM1.45 either , Six months have passed and its still as quiet as it was last year i have big doubts if Forever Pro IM1.45
Will become a reality anytime soon for Viark .

Yes if that is the case you could be correct to assume that fact or is it just even more FAKE rumors ?? ... we shall see packages and Channels dropping away quite quickly but so far that does not look to be the case however so the never ending wait continues i guess .
