Hello everyone, I have a problem with the viark SAT receiver, when I search for a satellite, specifically 16e, when it finishes searching, I have many duplicate channels. Can someone help me, how to scan the channels without duplicating them, sometimes I have 4 of the same programs from the same frequency Thanks everyone

Before scanning you are selecting 'No' to delete channels before scan .
Next time select 'YES' ....that should solve the issue .
There will always be plenty of duplicate channels on 28E for example
after scan you can delete the duplicated channels as there is many dupes for BBC Region and ITV Region etc..in both HD/SD
not much you can do to prevent that whatsoever since this is nothing new and has been the case for many years .

Well i think we can all agree this was all utter BS report
since no update was forthcoming
i think its better in future if you only report when an actual updated S/W has been issued , instead of continue posting False nonsense and Spam .

it clearly does not involve Viark Sat box in any way whatsoever
that's why i said there should not be no nonsense posts about S/W unless an update has actually been published
it has been almost 3 months Since prev S/W and Viark boxes do not tend to get updates very often at all
so i see no point in any of this T-e-l-e-gram updates that simply involve other STB's ...

Trust me the updates are coming its Chinese New Year .
More updates from Viark than other manufacturers i could mention but i would not want to take the Viark thread off topic.

Sell the viark and buy something with no support at all, the viark works fine at the moment as it should.
