VIACCESS question on the TM-5400

Hi all, ok maybe a simple answer but as a newbie I don't know yet.
Anyway fully up to date patch/keys,problem is on not getting any thing from channels that have a viaccess, should the box decode viaccess or am i going to need a viaccess cam? does the softkeys still require the cam?

Ok after reading a little this box has a Multicrypt Card Reader,so i guess should decode with a softkey,including viaccess, but for some reason every station that uses viacess it's not decoding no mater what satellite! all others working fine,like i said keys upto date, anyone have the answer?
