Pehla is still today 28-02-2011 - working in viaccess?

With which version is it working?
server 2.1.4 and client 2.0.11..

Which cccam version does the client have to be at..the isp in dubai has already blocked 2.1.4 and the latest versions as well...
And darkstar 2 wid vpn is available but have none know how of how to setup!
If vpn is the only solution then a beginners guide is required!!

I saw viacess working in Nilesat (not pehla), but other chnnels.
But I think that also pehla is working fine.
