var overload

Can someone please help me in managing my dm7000 var. It's sitting at 95% even after i deleted all of the key files. What could be using so much mem? Im running on gemini 3.60 and not able to a thing because the var is so full. Is there a way to go back and start off fresh? Any suggestions and help would be greatly apprecicated.

After doing some looking around. I found in my var/mnt/hdd, three files, enigma-sig-11.core.232, 239 and 249. After i deleted them, the var went down to 28%. I hope i havent messed things up.
