using hub usb for 4 smartreader ?

i have Dreambox 8000HD originale with Gemini 5.10

My questions is : can i use hub usb for 4 smartgo on my dreambox ?

i have only oscam emu on my dreambox it's working great with two smartgo but i want to add two new card :mecry:

Yes you can use a hub mate but it has to be powered by a external power supply.

i have running here d-link dub h7 and a König 7 Port USB 2.0 Hub Aktiv!

bith works really great but the d-link seems to be alittle better for me!

Ive used a Dlink h7 also, what you need to make sure of is the spacing between each usb port is wide enough to allow a Smargo to be plugged in side by side.

With the dlink h7 spacing is not a problem.

Yes spacing is very important for add all smartgo on hub

or you should look for USB hub where USB ports are stacked vertical:
triangle usb hub? seen tower models to, like konig CMP-2HUB25.

just space not important!
some hub have chip inside hub ,i cant remember the number of chip.
without that chip every time you have problem.
The best hub i think is D-link with 7 port or 4 port.
