Updating DM 800 HD

How can I update my DM 800 HD pvr from ssl 84b to ssl 84d ? Which PLI image is best after that update ?

Simply update with browser it will automaticaly update 84B to 84D

Thank you for immediate reply, It should be nice image, What meant by that " Powercycle after flashing " ?
