UPC boosts Polish VOD offer

UPC Polska has added the Canal+ Cyfrowy proprietary channels Kuchnia+ na Zyczenie and Domo na Zyczenie to its on demand offer.
They join a growing list of such channels that already include Canal+, Planete+ and MiniMini+.
Polska’s on demand service UPC na Zadanie provides viewers with several thousand programmes, over 2,200 are offered free of charge.
It also includes over 1,150 films and close to 300 productions and clips in HD, as well as close to 100 concerts, of which 25 are in HD, for no additional charge.
UPC Polska is the leading cable operator in Poland with just under 1.5 million subscribers.
