up ****** software to opticum hd ts20

please could someone tell me i have opticum hdts20 reciver (sti7101chip) i canot add keys e.g. by dreamer with usb stick i have seen other software (STi7101_03000200_globo_fairy_mcas_1.2.57_all_keys merged By dreaamer1983.dld) tried to instal with usb do i need a loder to put into reciver via null cable or what am im dooing wrong THANKS
