Does anyone know the people who run this website, who can help me out?

I placed an order on 13 December 2013 and have not yet received it, even though the website says next day delivery.

I have tried contacting them via their website a number of times and never get a reply.

I have ordered from them in the past and all was OK but it seems now that the person/people who run the place are just taking peoples money and not supply the goods purchased.

If anyone does know them any help you can give would be appreciated.

i think they are in china and not uk same old story make uk websites to make it look as if they are here in the uk

According to the internet the website is registered to a UK person in East London.

Like I said, have ordered from them in the past and received the order in a matter of days via Royal Mail signed for post so deffo UK.

I think that it is, however, what is sometimes referred to as a "drop" shop in that they source all their stuff from China.

hi. I paid for dreambox 800 0n 3 dec 13 . still no delivery , ukdreamshop don't answer emails .iam now trying to get money back from my debit card company ,

Same here. I have also contacted my credit card company to start a charge back procedure.

I have also sent letter's to the address I have recorded delivery so will check if they have been delivered.

I am also tilaanut 21/12/2013 goods, but I did not get nothing, I had also not your money back!!
