Tuner Nothing

Hi

I have problem my oryginal DM800 i try diffrent image and still get tuner nothing in section configuration tuner.
DM800 booting longer when plug power.
All works ok only dm800 no watch tuner.
Any sugestions ?

Thx for replay but tuner is ok i check diffrent this same problem.
I remove and plugin in socket many times no sucess.
DM800 reebot still long time.

Make sure that the internal SIM card is not loose.

which ssl you install if you are install newest image you have to install ssl 76d that can cause no tuner

I think all the bases have been covered here, Faulty Tuner, Tuner not home in the socket, Sim Card out of position or incompatible image.

You don't say what sim your 800 has but maybe try a older image say 6 months back if you don't see the tuner then i suspect the tuner is faulty or if your sure its not a mother board component linked to it.

I get info before flash upgrade via www from dm800 :

Maybe problem is simcard drivers ?

Try flashing a older image say with a bl70 then have a look to see if it changes on device info like above.

I try bl70 and 69 this same problem tuner nothing.
Thx mate for replay but i dont khnow fix this problem.
Write this moment ferrari sim card update and write image for ferrari and still this same problem tuner nothing.

You said that with this tuner the box delay to start, and when you remove the tuner the dreambox start normaly.

I think this is not a software problem, but a tuner problem.

Change the tuner with another one, and see if the problem is solve.

I flash without tuner many image and start dm800 with tuner still this same problem tuner nothing in system.
I try many images old and new i think is problem hardware my motherboard.
DM800 boot without tuner normal and when back plug tuner boot slow.

When you flash image does the BL change from the bl59 you showed us earlier ?
