tuner failed

Hi one of the tuners is not recognizing signal, I've flashed another image and it still not responding.
Are they replaceable?

You updated the channels to the latest frequency?

the tuner is working now, the problem was in the setting, in tuner B configuration it says increase voltage..........yes I change it to No as tuner A and voila back to life again.
