Tuner and Skin

I have problem with my tuner on DM 800SE A8P sim after 1 year have problem with signal loss. Signal is low on some freq. on that LNB quad i have with good work dm 800 on the same freq good signal. Can it be fixed or need to change tuner?

Is working metrix HD skin on dm800se? Thanks.

Would help us to advice if you told us the tuner model you have and if the affected channels are sd or hd

tuner is: BCM4505

SD and HD channels too.
