It is fatal error from popular image like dreamelite missing important library for streaming from its feed
copy this command to telnet window and see

opkg update && opkg install http://www.tunisia-dreambox.info/dreambox-e2-addons-2/TSmedia_library/gst-plugins-bad-rtmp_0.10.23.1+git12199+8990f8b-r2_mips32el.ipk && opkg install http://www.tunisia-dreambox.info/dreambox-e2-addons-2/TSmedia_library/enigma2-plugin-extensions-tsmedia-oe2.0_6.2_all.ipk

Ill be honest DE4 too much hassle with streaming app and very little space left to install the dependencies. My change you image to italysat.
