Did you install via telnet with opkg update command ?

If using the latest 10.9 & tsmedia fails to load after displaying the splash screen then press ok again as soon as you see it, temp solution from the authour worked for me using Solo2 with latest OpenATV.

Try this command in telnet then restart when installed.

opkg update && opkg install -force-overwrite http://www.tunisia-dreambox.info/TSmedia/software_official/enigma2-plugin-extensions-tsmedia_10.9_all.ipk

There is conflict between default skin of TSimage and TSmedia
just change skin before running TSmedia
if you want to use default skin install fix for TSimage from
desktop/tools/files/official software/TSimage fix
