TS Media Plugin

Hi, I'm looking to install TS Media Plugin and then Filmon on my VU+ Duo. I've had a look around and can't find any step by step instructions. I'm a relative newbie so if someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm running BH 1.7.5/enigma2

You would be better to flash to the latest blackhole image before going any further with any streaming plugins.
