Trying to set up dvb-t usb tuner

I am setting up a DM7020hd and so far so good, however I am having a problem getting the box to see an external DVB-T Hauppauge Nova T Stick. The image is Dream Elite 4.0.

In the device manager menue there is a DVB -T Panel on entering this panel I can see the external tuner with a green indicated as active. The problem is the the tuner is not showing up in the tuner config menu. I have looked around the downloads with the image and I can't find any drivers.

To update, It seems to be an image issue. Got it working on nemesis and now back on Dream Elite 3.0 with the USB DVB-T tuner receiving mpeg4 irish digital tv.
