Later this year, the French Canal + will exchange cards PC3.0 Viaccess code for the French satellite pay-TV package, TNT Sat. The aim is to be an exchange offer enhanced security against unauthorized reception. TNT Sat Charter, which are currently benefiting from the system Viaccess 3, move to a new card in Viaccess encryption system 5, where life is planned for four years. As will be the first sets of customers who bought in early 2008 and will be informed about the possible exchange of 6 months for its implementation. The current version PC3.0 Viaccess cards no longer issued since mid-2009, where they were issued cards only Viaccess PC4.0. The exchange is expected to cost 15 euros a subscriber in order to cover the cost of production and distribution of cards, where they met in France with great criticism, why customers to cover costs for replacement.
