Tm-500-super

i have just flashed a technomate 500 super for a friend of mine with DS-Gemini4.7-13-09-10tm500super
it got stuck with tv system wizard the remote is not working at all, do i need to get a new remote or shoud i flash it different software again? please help, thanks.

I don't think its a remote issue, it hink that problem was limited to the early TM600s only.

Just use the UR team image its developed specifically for the TMs.

thanks ferret, i'm somehow having a bit problem with flashing the box via ftp can i use null modem cable if yes how do i do that please help as i have tried connected the cable then load the image then power up the box nothing is happening only 4 slashes on the front panel can you please help

I have a problem my SKY UK cable cannel is gone I was using the X cruiser w3105ZN, I just bought the Technomate TM500 and I don’t know how to use it I thing I need a software. Please help me which box is working at the moment for SKY uk

thanks ferret i'am stuck at part7
where you say in front of your TV switch the power OFF on your TM. do you mean power from the back cos the front one is not working at all i tried so many times and on my tv its showing set up wizard if i get old tm remote will it work to finish yhe set up wizard so i can factory reset after.please help.

thanks feret i tried that the message on tcc says N:ready (tm500-600-super,then i put power up while holdin ^ button on the front panel and it keeps on loading with no set up message all i see is setup wizard on the tt as before what am i doing wrong, thanks again

thanks a lot ferret i finished reading again and again still cannot get past the set up process on the TV screen cos the box is not responding to the remote. i ran tcc load the image turn off the box then power on while holding the ^ button on the front panel,no luck what next please help.

Im guessing this problem is related to the Gemini image you have on it.

I never recommend anything other than UR or EDG images for these boxes anything else is just a ported Dream box image.

thanks ferret for your time helping me fix this box,you have been fantastic over the past and reliable on this forum with quick respond when new thread is posted,i only put that image assuming as the latest image for tm500-super,nothing more
i have now learned my lesson and i guess this box is no good except for the bin,
