The first DTT STB is launched in the Colombian market
The company TéDI -Energy & Electronics presented its first DTT STB available in the Colombian market, which is already being commercialized at USD 88 in supermarkets and retail stores located in Medellín and Bogotá. The device "was tested by the National Television Commission (NTVC) and by RTVC, which supported its quality ", stated the General Manager of the company, Santiago Espinal.
The executive pointed out that some companies from South Korea participated in STB development and research works. Among its functions, the device enables programming pause and recording.
