At 9E for the Swiss tv (Version pour la Suisse) market, hopefully just for distribution, but as always in this game, who knows what may happen in the future...

It seems that I have no signal for TF1 up here in the middel of Norway (antenna 90 cm).

You should get the TF1 version from 9 east easily from your location see map below,
Try some changes to your dish set up to improve your signals & use a good quality low noise Lnb such as Inverto Black Ultra 0.2.

Also try deleting the transponder & add it again

no, you do not need expensive lnb for this satellite, you can use simple cheaper - LST40 or MAXIMUM XO-11 (and they give bloody good result on your satellite dish).
First search 5E astra or 13E hotbird, 9E is between them.
- from 13E you must ^4cm turn dish left
- from 5E you must ^4cm turn right
(cm you must tweak)
---------------
Elevation angle:
LNB Tilt (skew):

good luck (results what you get from satbeams, can be you must little bit tweak)

Inverto Black Ultra LNBs are not expensive and if Motorized, probably better than the LNBs you mention. If all your after is 9E then fine, but for a couple of quid more (again Inverto LNBs are not expensive) worth it for any weak signals on the fringe of your reception. Good Dish (and size of dish/dish Alignment), Quality of cable used and as short a cable run as possible are all factors as well as the receiver used of course ;)

but for simple offset dish (90cm), can use all LNB for 9E, work good, because this satellite in Europe have very good signal compared with russian satellites what are available in Europe, but this is different story about them...
And cable when you are using 20-35 m cable, cheap or expensive, gives the same result, but if you using 100 m cable then, better expensive :)

for prime focus they are a popular choice along with the black pro/white tech by invacom. i agree about the powerfull birds but as @empb said better to spend a few extra gbp for the black ultra to help with the weak feeds/turnarounds on some of the birds, regards mdt
