TeVolution launches OTT service in France

TeVolution is the name of a new hybrid over-the-top service in France that has launched with a basic tier for €3.99.
The new platform combines terrestrial reception of the French free-to-air TNT and TNT HD bouquets and a number of OTT bouquets.
People need to buy a dedicated set-top box from Netgear €79 and have an internet connection of at least 2Mbps. For DTT reception, an indoor or outside aerial is required (depending on the terrestrial signal strength). Connection to the TV set is by using a HDMI cable.
Bouquet Découverte (€3.99): 14 thematic channels including Disney Channel, Disney Channel+1, Paris Première, Téva, L’Enorme TV, Trace Urban, Game One, Game One +1, Vivolta, TV5, France 24 in Franch, English and Arabic, M6 Boutique and the catch-up TV services from Gulli, Disney Channel, Arte+7, Vivolta, Game One and France 24.

Bouquet Ciné (9,99€/mois): Bouquet Découverte + Filmo TV (SVOD service with unlimited access to 500 movies). >
