Telestar Diginova 2 PNS ... update

Hi all ...
it' been a wile that I post in other than Dreambox section

Have a Telestar Diginova 2 PNS (PW receiver) so I needed to know
what's the procedure to update it with latest software !?
Is it only via Astra 19.2E or we can do it over RS232 slot ???
