I am French and I just bought this receiver
Technomate TM-5402 CI + SUPER + HD.
I have a card 039 (card only canalsat), is that the HD channels (Canal + HD) is decrypted with the receiver?

Yes the receiver only has Conax onboard, you will need to patch it. From experience a great receiver !
