Hello,

Can you tell me how to configure the IP on a Technomate 6900 HD Super.
When I go to Main Menu => System Settings => IP Configuration I:
Using DHCP = On
IP = 192.xxx.x.x
Subnet Mask = 255.255.255.0
Gateway (gateway) 192.xxx.x.x
DNS = 192.xxx.x.x
Mac Address = 0:22: xx: xx: xx: xx

Until then, I think it will!

When clicking on the blue "Update Software", I have a window appears with:
000.000.000.000 OK I press "Connect" and then I get a message "Connection Failed"

What to do?

Thank you for your help.

That's what I do!
But why, by clicking the blue "Update Software", I have a window that opens with: "OK 000.000.000.000"
I press "Connect " and then I get a message "Connection Failed"
What should I do to not have failed connections?
Should there have a program running on the PC?

Thank you

Hello, I'm back after a short hospital stay. I do like you wrote "MENU -> USB -> file transfer -> select *. stb -> PRESS OK" But it works yet! If I understand correctly, I introduce the usb in the decoder with the latest patch, I MENU -> USB -> file transfer -> and then I press the blue "Upload STB" and then OK doing this, I list in my files 20110205-121027-STB that has emerged, I did ok on it to send to the decoder.

this procedure you described: is copying the STB firmware present in your receiver to USB site and then you did reload that STB firmware back to your receiver!
Download a new firmware from the forum for your receiver, unpack this file (7zip) and put that on the usb stick. When USB stick is on the receiver: go to USB menu: DATATRANSFER and select that new STB firmware and press OK. You have now the downloaded STB firmware on your receiver.

That is not a problem!
Don't use that procedure to update your firmware!
1: download patch: current phantom patch 738p for TM-6900HD super
2: unpack patch to usb stick
3: patch on usb stick to receiver
4: usb menu and select STB file on USB stick and press OK
don't use the color buttons! this transfers from receiver to USB stick and not from USB stick to receiver!

Thank you, that's what I did for the update!

My problem is that I am unable to connect to servers using the code 8281, when I press the red button "connect", the status is still offline!
From where I think my receiver is not connected to the internet!

Put technomate in DMZ (appears like it was on the wan side). If this works you have issues with homenetwork.
  • Check router security for blocked traffic from and to Technomate (MAC address starts with 00:22:d3?)
  • Could be an issue with your home network settings?
When using some IP home address ranges found only newcamd server connecting and not CCcam. Set your home network:
    Router: 192.168.123.254
    Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0

and Technomate using static IP address: DHCP usage off.
    ip address: 192.168.123.6
    subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
point both gateway and dns to the router ip address: 192.168.123.254
Have another go and see if you get it working
If this sound like abacadabra to you: get some help from a computer geek with network experience.
