sunray4 v2 boot problum

friends i face a big problum in my new sunray4 v2 triple tuner
when i install new image box suceessfully flash but not boot
box start but not booting
i change 3-4 image but same problum
what i do i try every mathod but fail
but receiver not booting
please help me

Try a new PSU and make sure the tuner is pushed home in its slot.

i try new power supply and also check tuner but no solve problum
