Stuck with SifTeam Extreme Edition 1.2 v.1.00 [for each model]

Hi all
I usually find all i need here buth now i'm totally stuck.
i just installed SifTeam Extreme Edition 1.2 v.1.00 [for each model] in flash on my ipbox9000hd. But how do i add extra url and oscam to this one.. VAR looks different now so how can i fix this?

And.. is there a new version out? Is this dgs based or E2 based image? Think i have saturday brain today.. :))

just put on reciever one usb flash stick & put in it last PKT image for usb download and install oscam 4158 via addons panel with config file write with your lines and play with your reciever.
don't unistall sif extreme from flash because it has all you'll need to flash image in usb.

More trouble.. i got 1 solution but i cannot copy this file over to the correct map. this is what happens.. any solution for this?

cuberevo:/tmp# cp url2.conf /etc/ipkg
cp: cannot create '/etc/ipkg/url2.conf': Read-only file system

I tried to copy this file with total commander too. .but no chance..
Same problem with filezilla.. so now i'm wondering.. maybe wrong i am trying to copy it to wrong place. etc\ipkg...
so.. i tried to copy it to var\etc\ipkg... then the filegoes.. but it does not show up under addons.. hmmm
What am i doing wrong here?

why you want to put url2 in etc/ipkg?
what you want to doing with this?
in sif extreme there isn't emu for download.

Hi,
Where do you have Oscam installed? In var/etc/emud/cs or var/etc/emud/emu? What you have in Emulator info in the blue panel? Is there oscam info or it says "No emu"?

Yes, but if you are capable of making any E2 build run, which one is the best in your opinion? And is it better to have it installed in the flash of the box or on usb stick?

@zgeorgiev Use USB stick for enigma2 and flash for DGS images. E2 for cuberevo is always in beta stage, so it is a good idea to have it on usb with multiboot option. Having it on USB is giving you fully writable filesystem, and space for more plugins and modifications.
No doubt SIF extreme is the better E2 mod, since Tideglo, Genge and other creators of E2 for cuberevo are members of SIF team. Also judging from you nick, you native language is using cyrillic characters, so keep in mind that PolishKathyTeam (PKT) release does not support cyrillic languages for EPG in their custom skins.

its easy to install any E2, the frustrating part is getting it to be stable, all E2 images have differences, like i said i prefer PKT for its easiness of use and stability, I tried sifteam multimedia but found it was unbearably slow and unstable, yet the pic quality might be the best for an E2 image.

As arken says above, you cant beat a DGS image in flash ( far superior picture quality than E2 and proper HD quality.) Then you can have other images on HDD or USB.

The only advantage E2 ( on HDD or USB ) has over DGS is more space to have more plugins, and a stable Crossepg.

But to me you buy a box in the first place to watch TV, so DGS picture quality is miles better than E2 .

I tried to download pkt image from this image but there was not any pkt images to download. Do i have to change where it downloads from or manually insert the image to usb pen and then where?
step by step solution anywhere?

PKT has only usb versions and not flash now.. or am i looking at the wrong places after a flash image from pkt team?

i am using BMT image in DGS image section

I have just dropped sif team extreme in flash and have installed bmt.. Very good picture :)
But epg aint there.. no possibility for adding swap file and some more stuff i dont remember right now.. but i like the picture quality..
AND.. it is still alpha/beta image.. so i am looking forward for next release..
