Stuck on Astra 4.8E

Hello
I have a problem with my scanning of new services. On Astra 4.8 it comes to a halt at 11474V I hav let i go for a couple of days, but it doesent go further. I have change the microwave head, changed diseqc switch. Tried several images. Downloded new service list.
Can anybody tell me whats wrong? I have a dm800HD clone.
I use Newnigma 4.0.9

did you try blindscan ?

Try load new Channel Settings then you wont need to scan anything ,

I tried, but i got the message that my tuned did'nt support blindscan.
