streming to PC problem

sorry for been pain again
i am using Ferret back up "BlackHole Vu+ Duo v. 2.0.2" my problem is that i cannot Stream to PC using VLC . is there anything Im doing wrong?

sorted i think some issues with open webinterface
i've uninstalled open webinterfacxe and installed the old webinterface and it worked.
