Strange problem with watching channels on PC

Everything was in excellent condition but a few days ago
I can not watch any (sd or hd) channel on PC via VLC Player or any player.
After a few seconds pictures starting freezing and stoping ...

I do not know reason why - I did not touch anything ?
I thought it would be help reinstall image but NO.

My:
DM800HD (ferrari sim)
OpenPli image (openpli-enigma2-2.1-dm800.nfi)
VLC 2.0.1

Have you reinstalled VLC on your PC.

Hard to help with things like these as it is most likely the PC side of things at fault.

I install another - new VLC and for now is good, i folow events.
