To enter keys manually you need to go into Menu - Sytem
Informatıon - CAS and then look for box for bulsat 060400 and using your remote amend key index 04 and 54 with latest key value

ive loaded TM Softcam key by kargo.25 in the link provided above by member Serafeim
for Bulsat on my TM5402 HD
and that Softcam key works 100% OK :thum:

So your doing something very wrong i think
do you have a signal on 39 east even ??

do you clear FTA channels on 39e for example THE Voice 12523 H 30000sr ???

I Didnt load keys manually just put softcam key on my USB Stick and loaded Softcam via USB>Data Transfer
