SoftCam problems again

Im using Blackhole V2.1.0.1,
MgCamd 1.38,
I ftp to var/keys and add SoftCam by Serjoga,
Works every time (except Serjoga has stopped updating his softcam)

When I remove this softcam from keys and add anyone elses I get no keys -- nothing,

I have tried many softcams and always no picture clearing.

If I re-add Softcam by Serjoga then edit and manually update his keys that works every time

What do I have to do extra to get these softcams to clear ?
I,ve been getting my softcams from the dreambox keys section.

Any help much appreciated!

The softcams formats do vary .
First check you have the correct name for SoftCam.Keys and you have caps in the correct place as usually you have to rename the file . Its easy to make the mistake.

The format might have additional 00 or missing 00 in the channel id information so again check this .
