SKY IT HD signal problem with DM800HD

Hello every body, I have a problem with SKY IT HD channels NO signals at all while all other channels are excellent in signal.
I tried 2 LNBs same problem.

Example,
12731 H
DVB-S2/8PSK
MPEG-4
29900 3/4

12360 H
DVB-S2/8PSK
MPEG-4
29900 3/4

12341 V
DVB-S2/8PSK
29900 3/4

but other HD channels are ok like Cyfra+, Polsat, Canal+

so anything I have to do in DM options? or the SKY changed there signals?

the tuner is Alps BSBE2 (DVB-S2)

Try another tunner o image.

maybe you do not know which channel hd Italy, not seen.
for now no solution

Thanks, I will try another image, but how can trying another tunner? is that mean i have to change hardware or software?
