Who is the best sim 201 or estar v.3 ?

Well ill be honest and say out of those 2 sims the estar sim is better.

But the A8P sim is even better still, with the A8P you can use original images drivers and bootloaders.

Forgive my ignorance .. but can you easily change from one sim to another?

Yes you can

What you would do is leave your current sim in your box.

Flash a image for the sim your going to use but do not reboot after the flashing is complete, just kill the power.

Now swap your sim to your new one and power up and that's it.
