I have a Kaon Satellite Receiver which i use for cable TV.

I Had a DREAMBOX 800HD which is fantastic but for me it has

a problem. It takes toomuch time to start. It makes me nervous....

Now I have a CLARKE-TECH 5100HD PVR with Cccam, etc. This

receiver( for me ) has a better video and sound and I am very

pleased with it.

I just tried almost every receiver for the last 20 years and my

conclusion ( now ) is :

A receiver must work with Internet (Cccam, Etc. )
It must have at least one USB 2.0 for updates, etc.
It must have one or several USB 2.0 for PVR or ESATA
It must be a HD receiver for MPEG4
If possible it must be COMBO ( for those who need it )

For those that I have test, the best are the DREAMBOX 800HD
I dont test the 8000Hd and the CLAKE-TECH 5100HD PVR
I dont test the TECHNOMATE because here we cannot find it (£ I
suppose ).
