Regional, multi-ethnic RTV Balkan TV has launched a test transmission from the satellite Turksat 3A from position 42°E. Balkan RTV station was launched 22 January 2010 in Kosovo. It is designed for viewers who speak Turkish, Albanian, Bosnian or romsku. Channel Kosovo offers musical programs, series, movies and news.
