RTL is to acquire the remaining shares in the Croatian broadcaster RTL Hrvatska it does not already own.
In a statement, it says that it has reached agreements with its Croatian business partners Atlantic and Agrokor, each of which currently own 13% in the company.
RTL Hrvatska operates RTL Televizija, which was launched in 2003, and RTL 2, on air since January this year.
The former is the market leader in the main 18-49 target group, with an audience share of 24.5%.
RTL Group increased its initial shareholding in several steps from 33% to 74% between 2003 and 2006.
