How do I rewind live tv without having to pause on Dreambox 800?

Do I need to install a plugin or file?

I have the latest version of Blackhole on my box.

Yes you can m8, i've just installed the addon and now I can rewind live TV

let us know what that add is, when I press the red button on my remote this will start a recording.

You need to add the 'timeshift' addon, by pressing the blue button, followed by the red button.

when I press the blue followed by the red I get to the EPG Setting Page, cannot see anything about a 'timeshift addon'

had a look in the download manager, and I saw a plugin for permanent timeshift, got it work now.

just one problem now, how do I record, before I would just press red to start recording, but now if I press red it starts to rewind

help needed many thanks

Adam1 is using the Blackhole image mate. Try looking in the plugins menu downloads.

I have got it working now, but how do I now start a record, if I press to record as i have done in the passed it now starts to rewind

Do you mean start a instant record?

If so press and hold the red button will bring up the instant record options.

yes I mean a instant record, tried what you said hold down red button, I a seek button where I can input a number, still cannot start a instant record
