Removed Control Not Working.EL.3030 ir plus

Hi to all,
Please can some One help me my El.3030 IR Plus the Removed Control not working. Eg the Number boton 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0, All not working, if you press Menu boton Number 4 will show in the TV Screen, if you press Exit boton Number 8 digit will show in the TV Screen, etc
Pls. you kind help is Urgently needed.

Pls Hafsat don't worry
just open the remote control
and gently blow out the dust
on the pad ,then couple back.
it might just be due to accumulation of dust
on the botton pad.
