Recording Encrypted Channel

Hi all, hopefully someone can help, I have just got my 9000 up and running (big thanks to gonesuper) but when recording to my hdd on an encrypted channel the box hangs after about 60 seconds and I have to reboot manually!!!

When recording a non-encrypted channel it works fine

Can anyone please help??

Pls. make sure to disable the time shift otherwise it will always hang..i had the same problem before

what image are you useing? have you tried another image? what hard drive are you useing? I record on mine with timeshift on and it does not hang

Thanks for that, time shift is disabled, i am not sure what image as it came with it pre-configured (is there a way of finding out??) Hard drive is a Western Digital 2.5" drive, but cannot see it being the drive and non-encrypted work fine. Many thanks for your help.

what cam "commun interface" you have?
