Reception Problem

I just got my satellite setup:
Technomate TM-5402 HD M2 CI Super+
~130cm Dish
Inverto SINGLE Black Ultra LNB
Technomate TM2600 Super Motor

The level is around 97% on every satellite, but the quality stays at only 7-10% and i don't get any channel :( I tried the receiver on another dish (local provider) and the same problem. I changed the cable because i was using an old one from aluminum, and i got a new one today from copper, but i still have the same problem :( Everything is new so i don't think they are broke or something. I tried moving the dish around but no luck.

and have a good read. you need to set your lat/long in the menu and send the dish to the satellite closest to true south for your location then ajust the whole assembley left and right and the dish elevation up and down untill you find a signal. make sure you choose a active transponder on a beam you can recieve. regards mdt
