A man is in hospital after getting hit by an SUV while attempting to play out a real-life version of arcade classic Frogger.
WYFF4 reports that the 23-year-old of Clemson, SC was playing the game with friends. He apparently yelled "go" and darted onto oncoming traffic, before being struck by a 2010 Lexus SUV.
The video game Frogger first emerged in 1981 and sees players try to guide a frog across a busy road.
The man, who has not been named, is currently in a stable condition. No charges are expected against the driver.
