BIS been down long time? Your having a laugh....BIS been down a few months........TV Cabo, Digital+ now those packages have been down a long time...

In Romania is working on cable with old keys from satellite. I use digi keys from 31.07.2010 and I watch all channels, HD and SD.

This is a very old post but.... I will still answer. Maybe someone is still interested.

The DiGi TV cable did not switch to N3. It remain N2. Using a DM800c and old SoftCAM.key file all channels can be opened.

The basic package is transmitted FTA and the extra packages are encrypted N2 (including PPV DiGi Film, HBO Pack, CineStar Pack, XXX and the HD package).
