I downloaded the last one(v_keys.db by sky star) from here and it working now .

Where did you download it?
Try BigBoss vkeys, with other ones there always problems with RAI...
Edit: I noticed there are not fresh ones...
Do as I do and edit with vplug.

Copy extracted file in your Plugin directory and you will get softcam , v_keys and v_sids really updated. If you can't get screen then double click in vPlug monitor window on ECM Pid's string
