R01: NO CA FOUND after reboot

Hi
I have reloaded my DM800SE HD with bootloader and image and after I cycle power or reboot I get "R01: NO CA FOUND".
If I repeat above I get the same result all the time.
Is this maybe a hardware failure ?

It sound like your using the wrong bootloader and image for your sim type. Check your sim type before following the guide pointed out by Brummie.
