Serial number on the box has the verification number shown after the hyphen. So, you will see (serial number)-(verification number)

just to update, I loaded the speed class HD 1000000 v.3.1.6 file directly onto the firmware 1.07 by opening it, and going into the decoder information, now the verification code also appears.
