The remote you've got is for QVIART OG series (iptv ott players) so they should replace it for you.

Well his saying that remote should work, now he wants everything back for inspection. Even though I have send him short video showing that box is not responding to the remote. I've asked him for return label his send me this email. If anyone speaks German please let me know if his covering my postage thanks.

Do a chargeback if he won't send new remote or pay postage.

i have just send him email if not sending return lable or correct remote by end of tomorrow then i will open dispute via paypal. That way he can have his box back and pay p&p i think.

Those German sellers sponsor German Sat related forums too. you can put the matter directly to him over there. They usually accept it that way as they don't want to damage their reputation.

In case you decide to return it, get it from amazon Germany this time. They ship to UK for £4.

je pense que oui,mais je n'ai pas encore essayer par ex: enregistrer un programme et je ne sais pas injecter une seconde image pour le E2 ou je ne sais pas bien employer ce dernier et formater ma usb avant attendons encore un peu

If you have openatv in slot 1 boot into this image. Download the image from the internet you wish to try in another slot. Make sure it's not the recovery version. Leave it zipped and put it onto a USB stick. Select the blue button on the remote and go into the1st option, software, scroll across the flash online, and select it. Push the green button to expand the option and the file that you have on the USB stick should appear. Choose this file and then choose which slot you want to load it to. Do a clean install and the box will flash the image to that slot. It will then ask you what image you want to select. Choose the new image you want to run.

Not yet , i have opened dispute on the paypal they reviewing the case and they said can take till 2 nd of december
