QUESTION ABOUT TNTSAT/OSCAM

Hi

I plan on buying an unactivated tntsat card to view french channels but i have a few questions.

1. Do I have to activate the card in an official receiver?
2. Can Oscam update/open tnt channels?

2. There is no need to update entitlements because card gets activated by the first ECM and it doesn't need EMMs at all.
