Buenas tardes Team Prometheus! En primer lugar gracias por vuestro trabajo. Compré un Qviart Combo en mayo del año 2015 y al volver de vacaciones no me conecta. Al parecer está caducado , aunque siempre se dijo que no caducaban. Me gustaría que me renovaran el servicio un año más y así poder utilizarlo 3 años y 3 meses como muchos amigos y familiares. Estaría agradecido y seguiría confiando en vosotros y en los decos en los que trabajeis y recomendándoos a amigos y familiares. El Número de serie es 150121000639. Muchas gracias por adelantado.

Hasta ahora han sido unos meses excepcionales y me gustaría que esto continuara, estoy muy contento con mi deco qviar undro 1 (de hecho tengo dos). en el S/N 150122004819 me sale el mensaje expired null. Y como he comentado antes me gustaría renovar, si me podéis dar los pasos a seguir os estaría enormemente agradecido.

I have Qviart Combo with S/W v.1.20 and all channels works like a charm except frequency 11393.44Hz. Every single scrambled channel on this transpoder not work (black screen), but FTA channels are fine, so i'm pretty sure that this is not problem with my satellite dish.
There are 14 scrambled channels:
Name (SID; VPID)
1) TVN (4311; 512)
2) TVN 24 (4312; 513)
3) TVN Siedem (4313; 514)
4) Eska TV (4315; 516)
5) HGTV (4318; 519)
6) TVN Turbo (4319; 520)
7) TVN Style (4320; 521)
8) Fokus TV (4321; 522)
9) TVN 24 Biznes i Swiat (4322; 523)
10) Puls 2 (4323; 524)
11) Nowa TV (4325; 526)
12) Adventure HD (4329; 530)

Buenos días mi quviart unic lo compre el año pasado Junio de 2016 y la semana pasada ha dejado de verse,pone que Prometeus esta conectado y Servidores conectados:1 Desconectados el numero de serie es:160519034453
